Our fellow Research School Exchange Research School is running a new online programme aimed at teaching assistants from all phases.
Underpinned by evidence from Education Endowment Foundation’s (EEF) recently updatedDeployment of Teaching Assistants Guidance Report, this programme will support teaching assistants (TAs) from all phases of education to develop their practice. It will explore building effective teacher-teaching assistant partnerships, supporting high quality teaching and learning for all, effective scaffolding to develop pupils’ independence, and delivering high-quality structured interventions.
